Alive Church was in the process of launching a second campus and needed help with systems and processes for teams across two locations, as well as training volunteers and setting up the second campus in Orlando, Florida. We helped create systems around the lead pastor’s social media.

Objective:

Creatively assist with launch of the second campus and implement new creative elements and systems for Sundays and teams.
